राजनयिक और आधिकारिक दौरा
विदेशी नागरिकों को जो राजनयिक या आधिकारिक प्रयोजनों के हेतु श्रीलंका की यात्रा के इच्छुक हैं, अपने ईटीए आवेदनों को प्रासंगिक श्रीलंका सरकार के मंत्रालयों और एजेंसियों या श्रीलंका प्रवासी मिशनों के माध्यम से आप्रवासन और उत्प्रवास के विभाग के लिए भेजना चाहिए.
नोट:
नि:शुल्क आधार (बिना शुल्क का) राजनयिक और आधिकारिक पासपोर्ट धारकों के लिए ही लागू है.
सामान्य पासपोर्ट धारकों के लिए नि:शुल्क ईटीए, श्रीलंका और संबंधित देशों की सरकारों के बीच की गई व्यवस्थाओं के आधार पर दिया जाता है.
राजनयिक और आधिकारिक पासपोर्ट धारकों को अपने व्यक्तिगत यात्रा के लिए सामान्य ईटीए आवेदन प्रक्रिया का पालन करना चाहिए. हालांकि, श्रीलंका की सरकार और संबंधित विदेशी सरकारों के बीच की गई व्यवस्था के आधार पर मुफ़्त ईटीए राजनयिक और आधिकारिक पासपोर्ट धारकों के लिए दी जाती है.
Diplomatic and official passport holders should not apply Tourist/Business ETA for their official visits or to engage in any official assignments in Sri Lanka.please note that Tourist/Business ETA cannot be converted into a Residence visa at any circumstances.

Diplomatic & Official/Service passport holders from the following countries are exempted from the ETA processing fee and the ETA procedures for their official and private visits to Sri Lanka. A visit visa will be issued on arrival to Sri lanka for passport holders of these countries.
